Appointments
An appointment is necessary to see your doctor of choice. Urgent cases will be dealt with on the day. Please ask our staff if you require a longer appointment when making your booking. Please bring all relevant paperwork. Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as an emergency, sometimes delays occur. Please notify us of any cancellations or re-scheduling as early as possible. If more than one person from your family wishes to see the doctor at the same time, please book a separate appointment for each family member.
Billing Arrangements
Alexandra Medical Centre is now bulk billing. Thanks to the new government incentives implemented from the 1st of November 2025, we are able to go back to a bulk billing arrangement. We will be performing all medical services, including procedures, at no extra out of pocket cost to you. This applies to all patients who are eligible for Medicare benefits. Please update your Medicare details with us if you haven't already, and ask reception about signing up with MyMedicare for the smoothest experience we can offer you in receiving healthcare.
